Detailed Inspection is accomplished utilizing a new Browne and Sharpe CMM with the latest PC DMIS CAD software which compares the finished part with the 3D model. This process virtually eliminates quality issues as the software does not miss any features.
Heart of Georgia Metal Crafters utilizes the latest technology in Abrasive Water-Jet cutting to ensure quality and repeatability. Water-Jets can cut basically any material including aluminum, steels, plastics, composites, stone and rubber materials. We are not limited by shapes either…if you can draw it then we can cut it.
